We understand that planning a wedding can be overwhelming, which is why our on-site coordinator is here to help. Our coordinator will meet with you personally to help you make decoration and ceremony decisions and will be available by phone and email until the day of the wedding. Prior to your wedding day, our coordinator will preside over a one-hour rehearsal and on the day of the wedding, will be at the chapel two hours before the ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly. While we do require the use of our on-site coordinator, we are happy to work with any additional coordinators you may have to ensure that your wedding day is perfect. We also offer the option of using pre-recorded tracks for your ceremony music and allow you to bring in your own musicians and vocalists if desired.

Premarital Counseling

We want your marriage to last a lifetime and our goal is to help you set a foundation for long-term relational success. The reality is your marriage will influence your family relationships, your friendships, your professional career, and how you parent. Your marriage will reflect your participation in the community and be the encouragement and support needed for life’s tensions and struggles. Premarital counseling is available through our Counseling Center for couples interested.

  • We understand many people employ their own coordinator to facilitate the entire process of planning their wedding. However, we do require the use of our on-site coordinator.

  • Yes. If you use pre-recorded tracks, you must provide all selections to our technician at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding.

  • We ask that you use a pastor from FCCHB; however, we will consider exceptions in extenuating circumstances. In the event that a non-FCCHB pastor is approved, a copy of their ordination certificate and their wedding message must be submitted at least one month before your rehearsal.

  • Yes, you may have your own musicians and vocalists. We also have many talented musicians and vocalists at FCCHB who are available to help make your ceremony special if you desire live music and cannot provide your own.

  • Yes we do, but there are some restrictions. Please ask our wedding coordinator for details.

  • The balance is due 2 weeks prior to the day of the rehearsal. You may, however, pay before that date. Your deposit is due at the time of booking.
