CONGRATULATIONS!  FCC is honored and excited that you are thinking about hosting your special day in The Chapel. Our chapel provides comfortable pew and chair seating for 250 people. It features a bridal room and all the necessary furnishings you would find in the most elegant of wedding ceremonies. We’ve included a majority of the important details here to get you started. RESERVATIONS - A full deposit is required in order to secure a date in The Chapel for your wedding. Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance. We ask for a primary date and a back-up date. Reservations are for up to 4-hour increments. Availability for weddings is currently limited to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. All Saturday weddings must be completed and off campus by 4 p.m. Sunday weddings are available after 2 p.m. and must be completed and off campus by 8 p.m.

COUNSELING - We ask that all couples desiring to be married at FCC participate in marital counseling. We offer this through our Care Department here at FCC. You can also book your own and we ask for a simple note of participation and completion by the person conducting the counseling. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES THE FCC WEDDING COORDINATOR DO?

Our coordinator meets with you personally and helps you make decoration and ceremony decisions. She will be available by phone and email until the day of the wedding. The coordinator will preside over the rehearsal and be at the chapel 2 hours before your wedding ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly.

MAY WE USE OUR OWN COORDINATOR?

We understand many people employ their own coordinator to facilitate the entire process of planning their wedding. However, we do require the use of our on-site coordinator, in addition to yours.

MAY WE USE CDS INSTEAD OF LIVE MUSIC?

Yes. If you use CDs, you must provide all selections to our technician at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding.

DO WE HAVE TO USE A PASTOR FROM FCC?

We ask that you use a pastor from FCC; however, we will consider exceptions in extenuating circumstances. In the event that a non-FCC pastor is approved, a copy of their ordination certificate and their wedding message must be submitted at least one week before your rehearsal.

MAY WE HAVE OUR OWN MUSICIANS AT OUR CEREMONY?

Yes, you may have your own musicians and vocalists. We also have many talented musicians and vocalists at FCC who are available to help make your ceremony special if you desire live music and cannot provide your own.

DOES FCC OFFER A VENUE FOR WEDDING RECEPTIONS?

No, we do not. Our campus is not equipped to facilitate wedding receptions.

WHEN IS MY WEDDING BALANCE DUE?

The balance is due no later than the day of the rehearsal. You may, however, pay before that date. Your deposit is due at the time of booking.
