A Community Group
FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES
This community group is a space for adults to come together and truly be themselves as they grow closer to one another and to the Lord. Our mission is to create a true sense of belonging where our friends can feel integrated in the Body of Christ. We’re excited that this is a collaborative group led by: Branches Church, Younglife Capernaum, and FCCHB.
We’ll pursue discipleship, as we mature in our faith, teaching our group how to connect with God through scripture, prayer, community, and worship.
