Home: A Journey of Longing, Peace, and Hope" Beginning December 7th!

Our new series takes a look at what home is. Home is a deep and rich word that goes beyond just a living space. We all long for the feelings of home that make us feel connected, loved, and safe. Home is a place, but it’s also not. It’s about conversations, food, comforting experiences, and sights, sounds, tastes, and smells that make us feel settled and whole. Home is where PlacePeace, and People collide. But our stories of home can often be stories of pain. Nostalgia (a Greek word meaning "home" and "pain") is a reflection of our yearning for a home we've lost. But as Jesus followers, home isn’t behind us, it’s ahead. God’s story of home is a story of hope, of leading us to a better version of home yet to be fully experienced. Jesus’ birth ushers in the hope that we can begin to experience God’s version of home now.
